Simon Duckworth CBE

Col Simon Duckworth OBE, DL (OK 1982) has been promoted to Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (Military Division) (CBE) for his work in the Army Reserve. It is unusual for an Officer in the civil division to be promoted to a Commander in the military division.
